This course is designed for those who wish to apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.

They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

Entry Requirements

Age:

International applicants must not be less than 18 years of age at the proposed commencement date.

Academic Entry Requirements:

• Year 11 or equivalent and above, and

English Language Requirements:

• IELTS overall score of 5.5 minimum (no lower than 5.0 in each band), or equivalent, or

• Completion of a recognized English language course (minimum requirement: Certificate IV in EAL), or

• Completion of a recognized Diploma or equivalent, or above in any discipline delivered in English

In addition, all students are required to undertake an entry test to demonstrate adequate competency in Literacy and Numeracy as part of the enrolment process.

Students will need to complete 12 units of competency to attain the qualification, including 4 core units and 8 elective units.
